5.2 Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents needed for us to perform the Services. If you fail to do so, we may suspend or terminate the Services.

5.3 Limitations & Disclaimers
We do our best work, but we:

  • Do not guarantee that the Services will yield particular results (e.g. specific tax savings).

  • Are not responsible for decisions you make based on our advice; you should use your own judgement / get independent advice as needed.

  • Are not liable for errors or omissions arising from incorrect information you provide.

6. Fees & Payment

You’ll pay us fees agreed in your engagement letter. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due [e.g. within 30 days]. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, and all deliverables (reports, documents, software) remain our or our licensors’ IP, unless otherwise agreed. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your own internal business purposes, subject to payment and compliance.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland (or choose England & Wales, depending where your business is based). Any dispute must be resolved via courts in that jurisdiction (or specify arbitration/mediation).

14. Severability & Waiver

If a term is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in force. If we don’t enforce a right, that doesn’t waive our ability to enforce it later.
