Have you done what you said you would do between our check in sessions, and have you delivered the numbers you need to deliver in order to ensure you reach your next milestone? We’re not interested in why not. Simply, have you reached your numbers, if not, what you are going to do about it?

Once you apply the correct work habits and see the improvements you’ll get a lift, a confidence boost. We’ll coach you with a series of proven techniques and systems that make you more efficient and more effective in the activities that make a real difference to your results.

On a quarterly basis it’s time to stop. Assess progress. Check whether your stated goals are still your burning desires. Is your plan still the best way to get you to your desired destination? Every twelve months we’ll get together, possibly with your family or other shareholding directors, to take another look at the big picture, your top priorities, your progress to date, where you are heading, and then opportunities and threats.
